I'm CASEY LANGSTON,

the Owner and Founder of intelADJUST.

     First of all,

thanks for visiting. I'm looking forward to connecting with you and getting to know you better.

intelADJUST was borne in 2024 from a vision that understanding insurance and the claims process is within reach for everyone — and that the key to unlocking that door is partnering with the right kind of pro: one who's keen on the details, who evolves with the industry and
most importantly who's passionate about people.

Over about the last decade, I've worked hard to build a reputation as exactly that kind of insurance pro. I've been a trusted resource to customers of four different insurance companies. I've touched thousands of claims in [at least] 42 states. I've read dozens and dozens of policies. I've investigated a wide variety of complex claim scenarios. I've assessed damages caused by wind, hail, hurricanes, water, mold, fire and a number of other perils. Precise is my personal brand; I spot what others often miss. And I connect with my clients in a way that makes insurance make sense to anyone.

Of course, any person becomes a pronot by talking, but by doing; actions really do speak louder than words. And other people notice. It's because other people noticed me that I've been invited to play multiple parts, not only as an adjuster but as a Regional Project Director for a multi-national restoration and reconstruction company. This work gave me the chance to partner with key commercial accounts at the national executive level on multiple six-figure projects, at multiple stages of the process.

I've learned so much over the years through these experiences, but the lifelong student in me has never stopped sharpening any and all of the skills that make me better at what I do: building codes, case and contract law, construction methods, digital tools and technology, professional ethics and fair handling practices ... the list goes on. Continuing education isn't just a professional requirement — for me, it's a way of life.

And so, as the insurance industry changes, I can promise you that intelADJUST will change with it. What will not change is the essence of the iA approach:
